This new Guaranteed Dispensary for GPharma is located in Dayton’s Walnut Hills neighborhood. Quorum worked with turn-key design build partner, Temeka Group to deliver the 5,981 square foot adaptive use design project. The free standing building had been a video store before being converted into a medical dispensary. The sleek, sophisticated design reflects GPharma’s commitment to excellence and desire to be the best in quality, customer service and product.
