Interior Design Project Manager
Quorum Architects, Inc. is seeking an Interior Design Project Manager to undertake a variety of projects from concept to completion. As an Interior Design Project Manager, you will be responsible for working with a Principal or Architectural Project Manager in interpreting, organizing, and executing the conceptual design of a project utilizing creativity, foresight, and judgment to meet project requirements and objectives. Individuals in this position will work on multiple projects simultaneously, so the ability to meet deadlines, stay organized, and multi-task is important. This individual must become familiar with an able to specify Furniture, and Artwork for various market sectors. The ideal candidate will have 10 or more years of experience, a strong sense of self-accountability, an eye for details, sound judgement, and the ability to think three dimensionally.

Requirements and Skills
Proven working experience in Interior Design (consultations, renovations, space planning and new constructions)
Ability to meet with Architects, Clients, Consultants, Contractors, and Developers
Ability to visit jobsites
Ability to effectively meet deadlines
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
Creative talent, imagination, and eye for design
Research and follow industry changes, evolutions, and best practices
Knowledge of furniture, fixture and equipment (FF&E), architectural / interior finishes, lighting, signage, art, and color schemes to carryout design intent
Knowledge of design, trends, construction methodology, materials application, and manufacturer/supplier appropriateness
Visualize and sketch design plans as per client/project goals while complying with the regulatory environment of inspections and building codes
Proficiency in the following software is preferred: AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch-Up, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Enscape, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point), and Bluebeam

Professionally licensed by the National Council for Interior Design or are working towards licensure
