Multiple Duplex Communities

Built in the 1970s and in desperate need of updating, 162 duplex dwelling units in seven communities underwent complete remodels with the help of our design team. Quorum provided architectural design, construction documents, and construction administration services for the duplex remodels for the Texarkana Housing Authority. In addition to replacing the roofing, windows, and interior finishes, several amenities like porches, gazebos, grills, and picnic tables were added. The improved duplexes provide attractive and quality affordable living options for community residents.
