First National Bank

Weatherford, TX

Originally founded in 1880, First National Bank is the oldest National charter in Texas. This newly constructed 4,225 square foot branch in Weatherford was designed by Quorum. We also provided full interior design services. 

When developing the design of this location, Quorum listened and responded to our client’s request for a traditional look with contemporary touches. For the interior spaces, we were able to accomplish this by using timeless materials like quartz and dark-stained wood trim and millwork while incorporating the decorative, oversized pendant lights, sleek large-format floor tiles and the red privacy glass partitions. The subtle use of the client’s signature color scheme of blue and red reinforces their brand.

Although banking today has changed significantly since that original charter was issued, offering customers a friendly, welcoming environment is still a priority. The open, airy lobby includes a lounge area and a coffee bar. The energy-savingclearstorywindows bring in soft natural light without compromising comfort. 

The durable stone lent a unique textureand custom gray color with chiseled accent pieces to the stately exterior look.
