Burger King
Fort Riley, KS
The original Burger King restaurant at Fort Riley was more than 30 years old and in desperate need of a full remodel when The Exchange hired Quorum for the task. The 3,500 square foot building needed to meet the standards of a newly built Burger King and fit within the existing shell. Quorum accomplished all the client’s goals with an image upgrade that included a new exterior of brick and stucco, colors, graphics and new signage. The interior was completely transformed and outfitted with a new high-tech kitchen. Most importantly, the restaurant’s drive-through was kept open throughout the renovation because of a tightly-managed phased construction schedule.
