Boi Na Braza Brazilian Restaurant

A Brazilian steakhouse, Boi Na Braza is located within the Toyota Music Factory development in Irving. Quorum worked closely with the owners to integrate elements representative of the Brazilian gaúcho culture and lifestyle into the design. The Gaúchos were cattle ranchers that developed the tradition of slow cooking meats atop open fire on their ranches. The warm tones, large mural and unique sculptural light fixture, representative of the restaurant’s flame-roasting process, are focal points of the interiors. Quorum’s functional design evokes the excitement of dining in the churrasco tradition of an endless supply of great food with a modern twist.
