The Mustang Special Utility District needed additional office space for staff after responding to rapid growth in the district. Quorum met the client’s goals of designing a modern industrial administration building where staff can succeed and visitors feel welcome.

The new 23,000 square foot, two story facility design allow natural light to infiltrate the office building while the lighting design weaves through the spaces. Multipurpose and flexible spaces encourage collaboration and accommodate evolving needs. The SUD’s signature blue is used on the exterior and flows throughout the interiors, creating continuity. The colors and design elements offer a subtle nod to the water district’s operations.
