McKinney Municipal Service Center, North Campus
McKinney, TX
Following multiple public works master planning exercises, Quorum was tasked with adapting a former John Deere facility on 9.3 acres to serve as the new McKinney Municipal Service Center, North Campus.
Among the changes made to the building was the replacement of the service bay area foundation to accommodate heavy duty vehicles. The remainder of the building interior was modified to include various offices, staging rooms, breakrooms, and training rooms for the six different divisions occupying the building. New windows were added to allow more natural light inside the building. Petroleum distribution and a free-standing storage building were also added.
